Personal Training

Sue is a personal trainer fitness professional who works closely with clients to:

 

  •  Identify their personal health and fitness goals;    

  • Designs exercise and fitness program suited to each individual to achieve their goals;

  • Educates and motivates clients to safely and effectively reach their health and fitness goals.

 

Everyone's needs are different....let's work together to focus on YOURS!

 

Book a private session for just $35 or book a five class series for $150 ($25 savings)!!

Zumba

My Mom used to say that since I was a toddler, I would hear music and just begin to bounce. Music and dance are such a huge part of my soul. It brings joy and energy to my life...and I love that I have the opportunity to spread that positive energy by teaching Zumba! My classes are modified to your needs. Low impact or bringing it up to high impact, you will leave feeling happy, accomplished and motivated. We look forward to seeing you in class!

Dance has always been woven into my life, and discovering Zumba was one of the best surprises along the way. I walked into my first class 19 years ago and was instantly hooked. A year and half later I became a licensed instructor and have been sharing the joy of Zumba with others while having the time of my life.it’s for everyone, regardless of age or ability. My classes are a nonjudgmental, drama‑free zone where all are welcome to move, sweat, and smile together. I’m also certified in Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Gold Toning, and Sentao, which allows me to offer a variety of formats to meet different needs and fitness levels.

​Many years (or moons) ago, I took my very first aerobics class—and I instantly fell in love with movement - from Jane Fonda workouts to kickboxing and step. But when I discovered yoga, everything changed.

I fell in love with the way it made me feel—stronger, more flexible. and more balanced, both physically and mentally. In 1999, I took the leap and completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, never expecting one day I would be leading classes.

Over time, my journey led me to Chair Yoga—and I truly found my place. I love creating a welcoming, supportive space where everyone can move, feel good, and leave thinking "That was just what I needed."

 

Chair yoga helps build strength, improve balance and increase flexibility while creating stability in both body and mind. I'm so grateful to share this practice with such a special community.
